Indy Grills and Outdoor Living specializes in building custom outdoor kitchens, fireplaces, patios, roof structures, and complete outdoor living spaces. With our new showroom, we are increasing our focus into indoor and outdoor fireplaces and need a motivated Fireplace Sales & Purchasing Specialist to join our team. Position Overview:

This hybrid role combines sales and purchasing. You will work with clients in our showroom to help them select fireplaces and finishes, while also managing purchasing, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring timely delivery of products. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist clients in the showroom, guiding them through fireplace options and finishes Help clients design and select fireplaces for their homes and outdoor living spaces Generate quotes, proposals, and invoices Place orders with vendors, track deliveries, and maintain strong supplier relationships Coordinate with project managers and installation teams to align product orders with job schedules Monitor inventory of showroom displays and samples Stay updated on fireplace products, trends, and local code requirements Assist with showroom presentations and client product walkthroughs Qualifications: Prior sales experience (fireplace, construction, remodeling, or home improvement industry preferred) Strong communication skills and ability to build client relationships Detail-oriented with organizational skills for tracking sales and purchasing Experience with purchasing or vendor management a plus Comfortable balancing multiple sales and procurement tasks under deadlines Basic computer skills (Excel, QuickBooks, or CRM software helpful) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Compensation & Benefits: $25 per hour Opportunities for bonus and commission based on sales performance Paid holidays 2 weeks paid vacation after 6 months of employment Company card for approved expenses Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $25.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Paid time off Paid training Ability to Commute: Lebanon, IN Required) Work Location: In person
