Massanutten Resort

Position requires excellent customer service skills, previous food and beverage management experience, and understanding of ABC regulations . Duties include tasks assigned by the General Manager including set up and break down of restaurant, overseeing daily operations and ensuring guest satisfaction, providing information about resorts and surrounding areas, and upholding and ensuring safety and sanitation policies. Must be at least 21 and have computer skills (including Microsoft word, excel, Outlook, and general database applications).

Understanding of ABC regulations

Previous food and beverage management experience

Serve safe certification

Understanding of profit and loss statements

Beer, wine, and liquor knowledge

Schedule

Full availability required including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
