About the Role Reporting to the Director of Support Services, the Franchise Sales Coach provides hands-on support to franchise owners and their teams. You'll help strengthen their sales approach, improve lead conversion, and retain more clients — while coaching them to become confident, capable leaders in their markets.
This is a full-time position requiring frequent travel (approximately 60+ days per year) and a passion for relationship-building and performance improvement.
What You'll Do Coach for Excellence
Provide one-on-one coaching to franchise owners to enhance their sales performance and business acumen.
Deliver training sessions and workshops on consultative selling, relationship-based sales, and lead conversion.
Serve as a mentor and guide to help franchisees overcome challenges and achieve long-term success.
Drive Growth
Collaborate with franchise teams to develop localized sales strategies tailored to their unique markets.
Support lead generation and client acquisition through training and marketing alignment.
Monitor key performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Champion Small Business Success
Help small business owners build sustainable growth models while maintaining high standards of care.
Foster strong, trusted relationships that reflect Caring Senior Service's mission and values.
Ensure consistency in brand, sales messaging, and client experience across the network.

Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development and/or coaching within the healthcare industry is required; experience in senior care or home care is a strong plus.
Direct experience supporting franchisees or working within a franchise system is required.
Proven ability to guide and support franchise operators to drive performance, compliance, and growth
Proficiency in CRM systems and performance tracking tools to monitor and optimize sales and operational metrics.
Willingness and ability to travel frequently (approximately 60+ days per year) to support franchise locations across the U.S.
Highly organized, self-motivated , and capable of managing multiple coaching or consulting relationships simultaneously
