Im the Founder & CEO of ALARA Collective , an independent business focused on luxury executive retreats for women leaders. We are a start-up venture, having recently engaged a high-level marketing agency for our promotional efforts. As a result, this role will be strictly focused on sales to help us close spots for our exclusive October 2025 retreat . Since we are building our network, you will be working with a smaller, curated audience but there is a huge opportunity for growth and future projects as we scale. This is an exciting opportunity to join an emerging business and directly impact its success! Im looking for a freelance sales representative to help sell spaces for our October 2025 retreat . This is a remote role , and I need someone who can:
Take existing marketing materials and close sales with high-level executives.
Use LinkedIn , email marketing , and other sales channels.
Have a proven track record in luxury event sales or B2B sales for corporate or executive-level events.
Role Requirements :
Strong sales background in high-end or corporate events.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication skills and ability to close deals quickly.
This is a 6-week project with the goal of filling spots for our exclusive October retreat. Compensation is negotiable (commission based).
