As a Frontier Sales Associate at our company, you will work with customers to introduce them to new internet services and telecommunications products. The Frontier Sales Associate will be someone who enjoys working with customers directly and has an interest in the advancement of technology that continues to enhance. The Frontier Sales Associate will start as an entry level sales role working directly with customers and have the opportunity to expand into leadership roles taking on more responsibilities. The Frontier Sales Associate will be personable and collaborative with our team.
Frontier Sales Associate Responsibilities:
Building trust with potential customers through direct conversations, meeting with them to present services and products
Understanding each customer's specific requirements and needs to provide tailored solutions to meet their internet connectivity goals
Consistently providing clear, honest information to guide customers in making informed service choices
Collaborating with teammates during meetings and training to sharpen customer engagement and sales skills
Staying alert to upgrades, promotions, pricing or services and share insights with the team
Performing additional duties as assigned to help deliver outstanding service
Frontier Sales Associate Qualifications:
Prior experience in a customer service, sales, retail, technology based role is a plus
Proficient with computer systems, software applications, and communication devices is also a plus
Time management skills
Willingness to learn and want to advance in a company
Excellent communication skills to work with customers regularly
