Responsibilities
- Use your sales skills to build relationships and offer insurance solutions tailored to each clients needs
- Leverage warm leads, referrals, and much more
- Present policies with confidence, close deals, and follow up like a pro
- Manage your sales funnel while receiving ongoing coaching, support, and mentorship
- Represent a trusted brand with integrity, professionalism, and hustle
Requirements
- Have a background in sales (insurance, retail, car, tech, B2B, inside/outside if you've sold, we want to talk!)
- Thrive in a goal-driven environment and love a good challenge
- Have excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Are highly self-motivated, organized, and ready to build a lasting career
- Can become licensed in Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health (we help with this)
