What you'll do Welcome clients, discover needs, present solutions, close high-ticket sales Build quotes, take payments, enter & track orders in CRM (HubSpot or similar) Proactively follow up on quotes, production, shipping, delivery (24h SLA) Keep the showroom immaculate; stage product; print/apply price tags Coordinate deliveries; resolve issues quickly; hit targets Must-have 1+ year sales (luxury/furniture/high-ticket preferred) Confident communication & etiquette; organized, detail-oriented CRM/POS fluency; basic Excel/Google Sheets Ability to stand long periods & occasionally move items with assistance Both Saturday & Sunday every week (two weekdays off, rotating) Nice-to-have Design sense; fabric/finish familiarity Compensation OTE: $70k-$110k+/yr (top performers exceed) Dress code Elevated business-casual (dark neutrals, clean shoes)
