In this position, you will deliver exceptional customer service while selling a variety of furniture, mattresses, and home decor in a dynamic retail environment. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products. Support coworkers and collaborate to enhance the customer experience. Exhibit effective closing techniques. Process information accurately in the point-of-sale system. Manage customer purchase documentation and track orders. Follow up with customers post-sale. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets. Engage in effective communication with colleagues. Help maintain a clean and organized work environment. Perform additional duties as necessary.
