Job Overview Modern Overhead Door Corp is seeking a motivated and personable Garage Door Sales Representative to join our expanding team in Ripon, WI. In this client-facing role, you'll sell both residential and commercial garage doors and openers, guiding customers through product selection, pricing, and installation planning. You'll benefit from a generous base hourly rate plus commission, use of a company vehicle, and access to BuildOps CRM software to support your success. Key Responsibilities- Meet with residential and commercial clients to assess needs and provide garage door solutions- Prepare and present accurate quotes, proposals, and timelines using BuildOps CRM- Follow up with leads and maintain relationships with potential and past clients- Conduct site assessments and measurements for accurate product recommendations- Educate clients on features, pricing, warranties, and available options- Collaborate with the installation and service teams to ensure smooth project execution- Attend team meetings and maintain updated records in the CRM system- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity in every interaction
Qualifications- Prior experience in garage door sales or installation is preferred, but not required- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills- Self-motivated, reliable, and goal-driven- Comfortable using CRM platforms (BuildOps experience a plus)- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record- Able to read and interpret basic construction plans and specifications- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail- Professional appearance and demeanor

Schedule- Full-Time- Monday-Friday (some flexibility for client appointments)
