Looking for a management position with growth opportunities in the beauty / cosmetology industry? Drybar Shops® in Brentwood, TN is looking for a Licensed Cosmetologist to be our next Sales Manager / Operations Manager to oversee salon operations.
The Manager position is one of the three leadership roles in every Drybar. This individual leads the internal and external customer experience, upholds and enforces Drybar standards and policies, manages the day to day business and is fully responsible for the performance of the assigned shop. In addition, the Shop Manager is responsible for maintaining positive team morale and uses the company's ten core values to lead the shop's culture.
