Global Corporate Sales Manager
to join our Global Sales team. This role involves leading efforts to achieve industry-leading revenue growth for an account portfolio of approximately $10M+. The successful candidate will build and nurture relationships with key customers, identify expansion opportunities, develop tailored sales strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value and ensure customer loyalty. Responsibilities Account Management
Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers, identifying growth opportunities. Maintain customer satisfaction and understand their needs. Monitor account performance, analyze trends, and develop strategies to maximize sales. Handle contract renewals and negotiations. Address customer issues promptly. Conduct regular meetings and presentations. Stay informed about industry trends and competitors. Business Development
Identify potential customers through research and networking. Generate and qualify leads, understanding customer needs. Follow up and nurture leads through the sales cycle. Engage with prospects via networking and industry events. Conduct market research to inform sales strategies. Educate prospects about Choice brands and offerings. Convert prospects into high-performing accounts. Account Administration
Maintain customer information in CRM systems. Evaluate account performance and proactively address issues. Draft sales proposals, manage contracts, and negotiate terms. Participate in training sessions. Perform account planning and customer analysis. Develop account strategies and action plans. Prepare for and conduct quarterly business reviews. Qualifications & Skills Ability to travel up to 50% of the time. Residence within 30 miles of a major airport in California, Oregon, Washington, Nevada, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Utah, or Wyoming. BA/BS degree or 5+ years of relevant experience. Knowledge of sales and research systems, including Salesforce CRM. Self-starter with the ability to meet business objectives. Work Location This is a remote-based role, requiring virtual connectivity via Zoom and periodic travel to offices in North Bethesda, MD, or Scottsdale, AZ. Frequent nationwide travel (up to 50%) is expected for events and client visits. Salary & Benefits Annual salary ranges from $89,357 to $108,750 plus commissions based on sales performance.
