About the Role
The Company is seeking a Global Vice President of Sales Development to lead and unify its high-performing SDR teams across all major geographies. This newly created, mission-critical role is pivotal in transforming Sales Development into a world-class engine of growth, with a focus on demand generation, pipeline creation, and nurturing next-gen sales talent. The successful candidate will be responsible for global leadership, strategic vision, operational excellence, team development, cross-functional alignment, and driving innovation in outreach and prospecting practices. A strong background in sales development or sales leadership, particularly in high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity environments, is essential, as is a proven track record of scaling SDR functions and creating repeatable pipeline generation engines.
Candidates for the Global Vice President of Sales Development role at the company should have at least 15 years' experience in relevant leadership positions, with a strong understanding of demand generation, pipeline metrics, and the integration of SDRs with marketing and sales GTM motions. The role requires exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and organizational change leadership skills, as well as a passion for talent development.
