What You’ll Do: Oversee daily execution across sales and marketing campaigns. Manage social media, blogs, podcasts, and promotions to attract leads. Create impactful sales tools (presentations, playbooks, one-pagers). Keep the CRM accurate and data-driven; track and improve conversions. Partner with ad and web vendors to boost reach and performance. Support sales enablement and drive revenue through multi-touch campaigns. What We’re Looking For: 3–5 years in growth/marketing or revenue operations. Strong CRM management (Pipedrive experience is a plus). Skilled in marketing automation, integrations, and reporting. Balanced creative + analytical mindset. Hands-on project management and ability to hit deadlines. Familiarity with ABM, paid social, and content strategy.
