This role will be responsible for driving incremental revenue within the govermental segment through strategy and relationship development working closely with our construction dealer network, governmental agencies, and various internal stakeholders. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a strategic sales plan to grow CE governmental sales revenue through dealer engagement KPIsIdentify new sales opportunities and guide dealers on leveraging North American and local governmental contracts Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer network and governmental agencies such as SourcewellMaintain and manage contract portfolio for North American Governmental Agencies working closely with internal teams including legal and financeSupport dealers in responding to RFPs, RFQ, and cooperative purchasing programsDeliver regular reporting for leadership detailing governmental contract revenue, dealer KPIs, and governmental segment trends This position is a hybrid role and requires the employee to be on-site at a CNH facility at least three (3) days per week. Experience RequiredBachelor's degree in business, finance, or related fieldA minimum of 6 years experience in industrial equipment/automotive retail, or account management of construction, industrial or off-road equipment.Ability to travel up to 30%Preferred QualificationsExperince growing sales or supporting a dealer network through strategic KPIsKnowledge of relevant govermental contracts and/or existing relationships with North American agenciesExperince reading and reviewing agreements and contractsExcellent comunication, negotiating, and relationship building skillsWhat We OfferWe offer dynamic career opportunities across an international landscape.
