Team Member Job Description We are seeking a skilled and motivated Team Member to provide excellent customer service, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure all products are stocked and facing correctly. Key Responsibilities: Receive and stock merchandise, rotate stock, face merchandise, and recover sales floor and retail room. Maintain standards of housekeeping. Support receiving and processing shipments, returns, and exchanges. Assist customers with finding products, answering questions, and resolving issues. Operate cash register and perform cash handling duties. Requirements: No prior retail experience is required. Physical Requirements/Working Conditions: Must be able to lift 50 pounds. In an 8-hour workday: standing/walking 6-8 hours. Hand use: single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling. Work requires the following motions: bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching. Exposure to FDA-approved cleaning chemicals. Exposure to temperatures 90 degrees Fahrenheit. Ability to work in a wet and cold environment. Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
