We are based in Frisco, TX and employ prospective candidates that are able to work in a  Hybrid work arrangement, 3 days in the office per week at a minimum. This particular role is located at 6435 Flyers Way in north Frisco, TX.

Duties & Responsibilities: Bilingual (Spanish & English ) Group 1 Life and Health, Licensed Agent with the ability to be Certified for Medicare
Inbound and outbound sales calls to be efficiently handled
Work in a fast-paced environment
Identify opportunities to sell, up-sell, and cross-sell Careington products
Ensure all phone calls are answered timely manner
Maintain a thorough knowledge of all sales campaigns running through the
Handle both insured and non-insured sales calls
Work with team to exceed sales goals set forth by management Initial Training : Duration: 6 weeks
Schedule: Tuesday to Thursday, 8:00 to 5:00 onsite. Mondays and Fridays, train from home.
Location: 6435 Flyers Way in north Frisco Post-Training Schedule : Work Hours: 12:00 to 9:00
Days Off: One day off during the Monday to Friday work week
Saturdays: 9:30 to 4:00 Office Attendance : Onsite: Tuesday to Thursday, one week per month at Flyers Way location Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Bilingual ( Spanish & English ) is required for this job opportunity.

College degree preferred but not required
Interest and experience in both inbound and outbound sales calls
Computer skills and experience with Microsoft Applications
Ability to be Certified Agent for Medicare
