Discover the life that awaits you at Accor, visit https://careers.accor.com/ Do what you love, care for the world, dare to challenge the status quo! #BELIMITLESSJob DescriptionReporting to the Director of Sales, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:ResponsibilitiesOrganize and implement administrative systems & procedures, and perform necessary support dutiesMonthly expense reports for Sales ManagersCustomer proposals and contractsSite Alerts for customer visitsData entry into sales system platform Opera.Working in a team environmentSupport Sales Managers Coordinate and oversee Opera Sales and Catering system to all include definite, tentative and prospective group and catering booking activity.Generate group sales contracts, proposals and deposit/payment invoicingConsistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceEnsure prompt and courteous service is extended to both internal and external customersEscort general inquiries during site inspectionsPrioritize all telephone calls and in-person visitors, scheduling appointments as requiredMaintain a positive relationship with all guests, vendors, Colleagues and global sales networkEnsure all sales promotional literature is current and updated Update convention bureau listsPrepare and disseminate month-end reportsProvide all administration duties for the Sales officeAssist with the maintenance of accounts, contact, activity and business details within appropriate software applicationsFollow departmental policies and proceduresFollow all safety policiesOther duties as assignedWhat is in it for you:Paid time offMedical, Dental and Vision Insurance, 401KComplimentary shift mealEmployee benefit card offering discounted rates in Accor worldwideLearning programs through our Academies and Educational Assistance for further developmentOpportunity to develop your talent and grow within your property and across the world!Ability to make a difference through our Corporate Social Responsibility activities, like Sustainability CommitteeQualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
