This internship takes place in Bloomington, MN, during an 10-12-week period.
The Donaldson Mobile Solutions team is seeking an aspiring professional to add horsepower into our organization. This intern will help support, and at times, may travel with our professional sales teams to locations across the United States and Canada. The customers supported by this market are primarily existing, high priority, customers. This intern will perform market analysis and help the organization deep-dive into a market assessment. From this role, the intern will a deep understanding of the off-road machine market and how Donaldsons products fit within those targeted customers. Developing presentations demonstrating business fit will be in aligned with the Donaldson Sales process. Role Responsibilities: Create business cases for internal review.
Craft a repository of presentation decks for key accounts.
Support sales team with business analytics and data visualization.
Opportunity for direct customer interaction/travel.
Travel: Up to 10% Minimum Qualifications: Currently enrolled junior/3rd year undergraduate in an accredited program pursing a bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or a related field.
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience creating pivot tables in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent presentation skills, including proven efficacy and interest for presenting slide content without dependence on slide notes.
Ability to adapt easily to shifts in priorities.
Natural curiosity – with a strong drive to learn and problem solve.
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0.
Relocation: This position is not eligible for relocation assistance. Hourly Pay Range : $21.00 - 22.00 , depending on projected undergraduate graduation date, educational degree in progress and major of study upon time of hire.
