Responsibilities – Motorcycle Sales Associate:

• Help customers select and purchase the motorcycle of their dreams! Bring your A game to work every day!
• Greet customers and identify the motorcycle that meets their needs. Great listening skills are important!
• Explain and demonstrate motorcycle features on test drives
• Guide customers through the sales process while overcoming objections for an immediate purchase.
• Ensure every customer has a premium buying experience
• Meet or exceed realistic and achievable sales goals
• Follow up with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
• Prospect for new customers
• Promote an atmosphere of teamwork and our dealerships success
• Maintain an enthusiastic and pleasant attitude

Qualifications - Motorcycle Sales Associate:

• Goal oriented, pleasant, and self-motivated to succeed with great sales, communication and customer service skills.
• Positive, driven and helpful
• Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays
• A motorcycle endorsement is preferred. We will help you obtain it!
• Good computer and social media skills
• Professional appearance
• Valid drivers license and good driving record
• Can lift 50 lbs. and is comfortable learning to move heavy weight Harley-Davidson Motorcycles
