About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Amazon Digital Sales and Fulfillment to take on a pivotal leadership role with a focus on scaling and optimizing all aspects of the Amazon business. This includes leading the team with a strong emphasis on P&L ownership, cross-functional coordination, and strategic decision-making. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, enhancing profitability, and exploring new business opportunities. The role is fully remote and requires a high level of impact, with direct reporting to the CEO and close collaboration with inventory, logistics, and product teams.
Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in managing a 7- or 8-figure Amazon Seller Central business, with a proven track record in P&L ownership and revenue scaling. Deep knowledge of Amazon SEO, PPC, DSP, pricing strategy, and FBA/FBM workflows is essential, as is familiarity with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and Amazon Attribution. Experience in consumer products, particularly in giftware, home décor, or floral-related categories, is also a key requirement. The role demands a strategic thinker who can lead a team to success in a dynamic and competitive e-commerce environment.
