Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted partner for Sales leadership, driving revenue performance and strategic insights
Develop and improve the global in-quarter sales forecasting process in collaboration with regional sales leaders
Lead territory and quota design cycles to ensure equitable coverage and alignment with strategic priorities
Drive consistency and effectiveness in sales processes across regions, identifying and addressing areas for improvement
Build and lead a high-performing global Sales Operations team, fostering collaboration and consistency
Qualifications
20+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations, with 5+ years in a leadership role
Proven success supporting large, global B2B SaaS sales teams across all segments
Deep expertise in sales planning, forecasting, analytics, and process design
Strong business acumen and executive presence to influence cross-functional stakeholders
Proficiency with SQL, Salesforce, Clari, Tableau, Excel, and other go-to-market tools
Preferred Qualifications
Experience operating in a public company or pre-IPO scale-up environment
MBA or relevant advanced degree
Familiarity with MEDPICC, Challenger, or other enterprise sales methodologies
