Head of Product, Sales Location
Description
We are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial Head of Product Sales to develop and execute a global business development and client acquisition strategy across multiple product sales teams. This is a pivotal role within our sales organization, requiring both deep knowledge of the asset management and corporate Services landscape and strong leadership and coordination skills.
Based in London or New York and reporting into the Global Chief Business Development Officer, the successful candidate will have an extensive track record of leading sales teams to successfully deliver on targets. They will be responsible for delivering revenue growth across product sales teams specializations including Corporate Services, Manco Services, Banking and EDB. A key focus will be on executing campaigns and other sales initiatives that open doors, create opportunities, and build pipeline.

Build, maintain and lead a high-energy, results-driven product sales team with a performance-first mentality. Set KPIs and individual quotas tied to overall sales targets and hold the team accountable for delivery. Foster a high-performance, collaborative sales culture and mentor junior sales team members as required. Sales strategy and execution Develop and execute a robust product sales strategy targeting high-growth asset managers and institutional investors to achieve ambitious revenue targets. Work closely with global and regional product and marketing teams to deliver compelling value propositions and client solutions. Support the product sales team to build, manage, and convert a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and industry engagement. Collaboration and stakeholder alignment Influence the evolution of our product and service offerings based on real-time feedback from prospects and clients. Collaborate with senior leadership across product, operations, and client service to ensure aligned execution and scalable growth Skills Required: 10+ years in commercial B2B roles with direct experience executing strategic sales deals. 5+ years in sales leadership roles, preferably in financial services. Strong strategic thinking paired with a hands-on, results-driven mindset. Strong background in sales campaign delivery, outreach strategy, and market engagement. Ability to deliver on targets. Knowledge of asset management, corporate services and financial markets. Able to contribute to commercial planning and provide deal-level support where needed. Salary ranges from USD $ 250,000 - $ 300,000 additional market competitive variable uncapped compensation based on performance. Compensation within this range is dependent on individual's skills, experience and qualifications.
