We are seeking a visionary and strategic Head of Sales Enablement to lead this transformation in North America.
Key Responsibilities Strategy and Leadership Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and sales enablement strategies to drive awareness, adoption, revenue growth, and client retention.
Lead a high-impact marketing and sales enablement team, fostering collaboration, agility, and client-centric innovation.
Serve as a strategic advisor to the growth organization, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision to reshape financial services distribution for small and middle-market clients.
Client-Centric Marketing Develop deep, data-informed understanding of small to middle-market clients and their business needs.
Build and deploy targeted campaigns that elevate awareness of Acrisure’s technology and solutions, driving engagement and conversion.
Sales Enablement Partner with sales leadership to ensure sales professionals have the insights, tools, and resources to communicate value and differentiate offerings.
Develop compelling sales enablement materials (product positioning guides, market insights, tailored presentations) to empower sales teams.
Help design and execute scalable sales processes that drive efficiency, effectiveness, and innovation.
Support the development of high-impact teams with tools, training, and resources to achieve exceptional results.
Data-Driven Insights and Campaign Optimization Leverage data and analytics to optimize marketing and sales enablement initiatives and improve engagement and campaign performance.
Support the implementation and utilization of marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools to enable data-driven lead generation and sales enablement.
Lead Generation and Client Expansion Design and execute lead-generation programs that expand client relationships and encourage adoption of Acrisure’s product suite.
Collaborate with product and technology teams to develop data-backed campaigns that demonstrate commitment to transforming client outcomes.
Collaborate with the scaled sales force to understand client and market trends to develop impactful marketing strategies and resources.
Key Qualifications Experience: 10+ years in marketing, sales enablement, or revenue growth, with strong background in financial services technology, SaaS, or insurance solutions. Experience in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment is a plus.
Transformational Leadership: Proven ability to build and lead high-performance teams in a startup-like environment.
Client and Market Insight: Deep understanding of small to mid-sized businesses in insurance/financial services, with track record of impactful campaigns.
Technical Proficiency: Expertise in marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools; passion for data-driven campaigns.
Results-Oriented: Track record of driving measurable revenue growth through expanded client relationships and product adoption.
