Head of Sales – Enterprise & Strategic Partnerships

We are seeking a proven enterprise revenue leader with a technology/SaaS background to design and execute our sales strategy at a pivotal stage in our hypergrowth journey. This is a rare opportunity to own enterprise sales, Fortune 1000 partnerships, and go-to-market strategy for a cutting-edge AI company, with a direct mandate to double company revenue.

Compensation$150K - $250K+ in total compensation (base + OTE), plus performance-based incentives.
Key ResponsibilitiesEnterprise Revenue Leadership-Design and execute the company's revenue strategy with a focus on acquiring and expanding Fortune 1000 enterprise accounts for AI-driven solutions.-Set and own revenue KPIs, reporting, and forecasting at the executive level.-Align sales, marketing, product, and customer success to drive enterprise adoption of AI , develop, and lead a high-performing sales team focused on large-scale, high-value technology and AI solution deals.-Implement enterprise-grade sales processes, account management strategies, and performance metrics.-Drive account-based marketing and sales campaigns targeting senior decision-makers (C-suite, SVP, VP) at Fortune 1000 organizations.B2B Partnerships & Market Expansion-Identify, negotiate, and secure strategic partnerships with large-scale enterprise partners, SaaS platforms, and global channel distributors.-Establish and maintain C-level relationships to accelerate revenue growth and market penetration in the AI & Market Intelligence-Leverage market research and analytics to refine targeting, optimize pricing, and increase close rates with enterprise clients.-Monitor and improve revenue attribution, sales funnel performance, and customer LTV/CAC ratios.
Experience & Track Record-Minimum 6+ years in senior sales or revenue leadership roles, with a proven track record of selling into Fortune 1000 companies.-Technology industry experience required - AI, SaaS, enterprise software, or platform-driven business models strongly preferred.-Demonstrated success in enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, and large-scale deal negotiations.-Experience leading high-performance sales teams and scaling revenue in fast-paced, high-growth & Mindset-Strategic thinker and hands-on operator who can balance vision with execution.-Exceptional executive presence with the ability to influence and build trust at the C-suite level.-Proven ability to design and implement scalable enterprise sales processes.-Data-driven, analytical decision-maker with strong business : Flexible schedule, Paid time off
