Head of Sales Operations - Enterprise & Global Accounts Uber is seeking a senior Sales Operations leader to partner with the Heads of Global Accounts and Enterprise in the US and Canada. This role is central to scaling the business with strategic customers and driving sustainable growth. You will be a trusted partner to senior sales executives who manage large books of business, shape forecasting and pipeline management, lead commercial reviews, and design scalable processes and tools that enable teams to execute with precision. You will also participate in executive forums, bringing clarity through data to help leadership make informed decisions. This is a high-visibility role at the intersection of sales, strategy, and operations, working with senior executives to engage our most important customers and build the foundation for growth in Global and Enterprise accounts. This is a hybrid role – our team collaborates in-person in the offices Tuesday through Thursday. For Chicago, IL-based roles: base salary range USD 167,000 – 186,000 per year. For New York, NY-based roles: base salary range USD 186,000 – 207,000 per year. For San Francisco, CA-based roles: base salary range USD 186,000 – 207,000 per year. For Seattle, WA-based roles: base salary range USD 167,000 – 186,000 per year. All US locations offer eligibility for Uber's bonus program and may include equity and other compensation. Lead the operating rhythm for Global and Enterprise sales, including forecasting, pipeline reviews, and monthly and quarterly business reviews. Partner closely with senior sales leaders to align on business goals, provide insights, and support engagement with top accounts. Bring data-driven clarity to executive forums, influencing decisions on strategy, investments, and growth priorities. Build forecast models and performance metrics that improve accuracy and resource allocation. Refine segmentation, territory design, and go-to-market strategies in partnership with leadership. Define business requirements for process and tooling improvements that streamline how sellers work. Analyze sales performance and translate insights into clear recommendations. Build strong cross-functional partnerships across Sales, Finance, Strategy and Planning, HR, and Deal Desk. Lead high-impact projects that extend beyond your immediate segment. Basic Qualifications
Minimum 7 years in a Sales Operations function supporting a complex enterprise sales GTM model 5+ years supporting a Global Accounts Sales Operations function with commercial members located worldwide 3+ years of people management experience Strong background in forecasting, quota setting, compensation, segmentation, and GTM strategy Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM, Excel or Google Sheets, and presentation tools Bachelor's degree Preferred Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Sales Ops or Rev Ops, ideally in enterprise or global segments Experience as an Account Executive or Account Manager in a B2B sales environment Background in a high-growth B2B technology company MBA or advanced degree in business, economics, or a quantitative field Proven ability to engage with and influence senior executives and sales leaders Track record of building and scaling sales processes that drive measurable results Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets, SQL, and data visualization Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft and deliver compelling narratives to executive stakeholders Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and lead through ambiguity
