We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales to lead and scale the sales function for our fast-growing AI-powered SaaS platform in the FinTech space. About the Products: Product 1: A platform that automates data structuring from PDF statements for banks, leasing companies, insurers, and FinTech organizations. Product 2: A solution for microfinance companies covering validation, KYC, scoring, and credit decision-making automation. Key Responsibilities: Actively source and engage new clients: banks, microfinance institutions, FinTech companies, and insurers Conduct product demos, identify client needs, and tailor solutions accordingly Present the platform for document automation (similar to Ocrolus). Lead negotiations, gather requirements, and ensure product customization Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation to contract signing Collect client feedback and support onboarding and retention Requirements: 5+ years of experience as Head of Sales, Commercial Director, or Business Development Lead in B2B SaaS Proven track record selling complex FinTech solutions (document processing, scoring, AI/ML-based products) Experience building a sales team from scratch or scaling existing sales operations Strong understanding of the sales funnel, CAC, LTV, ROI, and alignment with marketing strategies
