TL;DR Kharon is seeking a Head of Sales in Washington D.C. This role requires in-office attendance at least 4 days a week.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic growth plans to exceed new business revenue goals, including multi-year forecasting and expansion initiatives
Lead a high-performing, customer-centric US-based sales team through effective hiring, training, mentorship, and performance management
Manage data-driven sales processes using CRM systems, analytics, and enablement tools to drive pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, and operational efficiency
Define and evolve key sales metrics and KPIs to ensure accountability, execution excellence, and continuous improvement
Cultivate executive-level relationships with clients and partners, leading strategic engagements, complex negotiations, and alliance development
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and product to shape go-to-market strategies, territory planning, and partner motions
Drive product positioning and pricing strategies that maximize customer value and market share
Guide integrated marketing efforts across campaigns, events, and promotions, using analytics to optimize performance and impact
Advocate for customer needs to inform product development and enhance the end-to-end customer experience, including onboarding and retention
Monitor competitive dynamics to adapt sales strategy, improve positioning, and maintain market responsiveness
Contribute to strategic planning, enablement content, and cross-functional collaboration to support scalable growth
Qualifications: 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, with demonstrated success in managing full-spectrum sales functions and teams, particularly those selling into T1 banking institutions.
Deep domain expertise in risk, compliance, data intelligence, or similar highly complex industries.
Proven record of consistently exceeding $5MM+ revenue targets in enterprise environments.
Expertise in sales operations, forecasting, CRM strategy, and performance analytics.
Strategic thinker with strong financial acumen, and long-range planning capability.
Inspirational people leader and coach with a passion for talent development.
High degree of fluency with Kharon's platform, mission, and client impact, or the capacity to quickly develop this fluency.

The base salary range at Kharon is set between $210,000-$230,000 USD annual. Please note that this figure does not necessarily include potential bonuses, commissions, benefits, or equity that may be part of the overall compensation package.
