Our client is a leading financial services firm looking to expand its presence in the US market. We're seeking a seasoned sales professional to join their team and drive business growth by acquiring and onboarding new institutional and high-net-worth clients.


Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Building: Proactively identify, acquire, and onboard new clients, building long-term relationships by understanding their trading needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Client Engagement: Lead client meetings, conduct presentations, and gather market and client feedback to support new product development.
  • Business Growth: Drive expansion of the client footprint, conduct user-mapping, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to create growth initiatives.
  • Market Insights: Provide insights into target client segments, analyze competitor product offerings, and ensure exceptional client experience.
  • Mentorship: Share product expertise and work ethic with junior team members.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant financial markets experience in sales and trading, wealth management products, or payments.
  • Digital Assets Experience: Prior experience in the digital assets space is a plus.
  • Relationship Building: Proven capabilities in building strong client relationships and existing relationships.
  • Sales Track Record: Proven track record in sales with strong communication and strategic thinking skills.
  • Presentation and Organization: Strong presentation and organization skills.
