About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Sales to play a pivotal role in the customer journey, from acquisition to deep, lasting success. This hands-on leader will be responsible for ensuring that customers experience the full value of the company's intelligent, human-centered solutions. The role involves close engagement with early customers to understand their unique needs and challenges, and to ensure the platform delivers maximum relevance and transformative value. The Head of Sales will also be instrumental in driving customer acquisition, pipeline development, and revenue growth, particularly in the early stages of the sales process. This is a foundational position that will influence customer delight, product-market fit, and renewal expansion.
The ideal candidate will be a customer-obsessed, solutions-oriented salesperson with a proven track record in enterprise B2B sales, particularly in SaaS, AI, or related fields. They should have at least 12 years' experience in sales, commercial operations, or business development, with a strong background in senior executive leadership roles. The role requires a strategic thinker with operational rigor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to operate in ambiguity. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, and experience in startup environments, particularly in the Seed–Series A stage, is preferred. Knowledge of AI or related technologies is a plus, as is a background in professional networks or executive user communities.
