Ranked among the nation's 25 largest private lenders, Our Client is committed to delivering fast, reliable funding solutions for today's real estate professionals. Pay Range - $300K - $400k. Position Overview Our Client is seeking a Head of Sales to lead revenue growth and scale the sales organization. Based at their headquarters, this executive role will set the vision and strategy for sales, build and mentor a high-performing team, and drive results in line with growth targets. Key Responsibilities Lead sales strategy, team structure, and market expansion initiatives. Recruit, train, and develop top sales talent, fostering a high-performance culture. Oversee sales metrics, pipeline management, and forecasting to ensure targets are met or exceeded. Collaborate with executive leadership to align sales goals with broader company objectives and deal structures. What We're Looking For 5+ years in sales leadership, with a proven record of exceeding targets in high-growth environments. Experience in real estate lending, private lending, or financial services strongly preferred. Deep understanding of sales processes, performance management, and strategic planning. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
