Position: Insurance Sales Agent Location: In Person – Fort Lauderdale, FL Hours: Full-time | Monday to Friday | 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST About Our Client Our client is a rapidly growing health insurance provider specializing in under-65 health plans and supplemental insurance products. They are known for their exceptional training program, vibrant sales culture, and rewarding commission structure. Key Responsibilities: • Engage with in-house leads to understand insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage • Follow a proven sales script and objection-handling strategies • Close deals efficiently while maintaining compliance and customer satisfaction • Make outbound calls during training phase as part of sales development • Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions in the CRM system Requirements: • 1+ year of sales or call center experience (U65 health insurance or high-pressure sales preferred) • Excellent communication and persuasion skills • Competitive, coachable, and goal-oriented personality • Self-motivated with strong time management skills • Comfortable working in a performance-based environment • Licensure not required for strong candidates willing to grow • Must be able to work on-site daily at the Fort Lauderdale office Compensation & Growth: • Commission-only position with uncapped earning potential • Core sales commission: 40%–70% per deal • Ancillary products commission: 60% (70% for experienced agents) • $200 bonus for every 15 deals closed • $500 incentive for every 10 deals closed • Average earnings after training: $800–$1,500 per week • Top performers earn $2,000–$3,000 per week • Training includes classroom learning, shadowing, and live outbound calling • Transition to 100% inbound live transfers post-training • Earning potential based on performance: • 2+ deals/day: $1,000–$1,500 per week • 4–5 deals/day: $2,000–$3,000 per week Join a Team That Values You Our client offers a supportive environment that invests in your development and rewards your success.
