You create connection, deliver hospitality, and help clients take action through memberships, laser facial packages, and personalized product recommendations. What Youll Do

Create an exceptional first and last impression for every guest

Confidently educate and sell memberships, laser packages, enhancements, and skincare products

Guide clients through check-in and check-out with warmth and efficiency

Maintain a clean, elevated, and organized studio environment

Support estheticians with smooth client flow and behind-the-scenes help

Coach and inspire new hosts as the studio team grows

Live and breathe the Heyday brand, aesthetic, and studio standards

What Were Looking For

1+ years of proven success in sales (retail, wellness, hospitality, or service)

Confidence in communicating value and closing sales in a consultative, friendly way

A natural people person who builds trust quickly
