Soliant is seeking a full-time Intervention Specialist to support elementary students for the 20252026 school year. This position focuses on providing pull-out services, case management, and individualized instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.

Position Details:

Location: Columbus, Ohio

Grade Level: Elementary (primarily K2)

Caseload: 6 students with Autism Spectrum Disorder and 510 students with Learning Disabilities

Schedule: Full-time, 8:40 AM 4:10 PM, MondayFriday

Contract Duration: ASAP start May 22, 2026

Hourly Pay: $30$40, depending on experience

Responsibilities:

Provide pull-out services to elementary students in need of additional support

Deliver specialized instruction tailored to ASD and LD students

Implement accommodations and modifications in line with IEP goals

Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers

Manage IEPs, progress monitoring, and documentation

Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment

Qualifications:

Valid Ohio Intervention Specialist or Special Education certification

Previous experience with elementary-aged students required (K2 preferred)

Strong understanding of IEPs, differentiation, and behavior management

Excellent collaboration and communication skills
