We’re currently hiring a Sales & Marketing Representative to support our Queens territory . This is a full-time, Monday–Friday role offering a competitive salary , medical benefits , PTO , and 401(k) .

Competitive base salary starting between $80K-$90K . Bonus potential up to $35K your first year! Have a book of business already? We’re ready to compensate accordingly.
Job Functions of Sales & Marketing Representative– Home Care:
Serve as the face of Right at Home in Queens , developing and maintaining referral relationships with hospitals, ALFs, physicians, rehab centers, and senior programs.
Grow care hours and increase market share by generating qualified referrals and building a strong, consistent pipeline.
Execute a weekly sales plan, maintain activity in a CRM, and consistently follow up to convert leads into clients.
Represent our agency professionally at events, in-person visits, and through promotional efforts.
Job Qualifications of Sales & Marketing Representative– Home Care:
Deep knowledge of the Queens healthcare landscape — including strong connections within the community.
A proven track record of success in healthcare or home care sales (minimum 3 years).
Sales & Marketing Representative must have experience with referral development and relationship-based selling.
Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
Self-motivated, with the ability to plan your own schedule, track activities, and hit performance goals.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
