Requirements We partner with top-tier home care and hospice organizations seeking reps who:

Have 1+ years of experience selling services in Private Duty Home Care , Private Pay , Medicare-certified Hospice , or Independent/Assisted Living Facilities (ILF/ALF)

Know how to build and convert referral relationships with discharge planners, geriatric care managers, physicians, attorneys, and senior living professionals

Excel at field-based, relationship-driven sales

Are comfortable working independently while covering Manhattan or designated South Florida territories (local residence not required—just territory familiarity)
