What You Will Do:
As a Homeowners Insurance Agent, your primary responsibility will be helping individuals and families protect their most valuable asset – their home. You will focus exclusively on selling and servicing homeowners insurance policies, guiding customers through coverage options, and building long-term relationships based on trust and expertise. Drive Growth: Generate new homeowners insurance business, while maintaining relationships with current clients to achieve or exceed sales goals.
Ensure Accuracy: Maintain precise records of all transactions, including applications, renewals, endorsements, and documentation in the agency management system.
Be a Trusted Advisor: Educate customers on coverage options, identify risks, and recommend the best solutions tailored to their unique needs. The Perfect Match: A Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license
Bilingual skills in English and Spanish (a strong plus)
Previous experience in insurance, real estate, mortgage, sales, or customer service (preferred)
A High School Diploma or GED
Strong ability to build customer relationships and earn trust
Excellent follow-up, organization, and multi-tasking skills
An ambitious, motivated attitude with a desire for growth and advancement
