About the Role:

The Hospice and Home Health Marketing & Sales Representative plays a crucial role in promoting our services to potential clients and healthcare providers. This position is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with referral sources, ensuring that our hospice and home health services are well-represented in the community. The representative will develop and implement marketing strategies to increase awareness and utilization of our services, ultimately improving patient access to quality care. By collaborating with clinical teams, the representative will ensure that the messaging aligns with the compassionate care we provide. The end result of this role is to drive growth and enhance the reputation of our organization within the healthcare landscape.

Geographical Service Area: South Los Angeles, South Bay, Orange County, San Diego County

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in hospice or home health sales and marketing.
• Knowledge of local healthcare systems and referral processes.
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing plans to promote hospice and home health services.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and potential clients.
• Conduct presentations and informational sessions to educate referral sources about our services.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and service delivery.
• Ability to market aggressively and deal tactfully with customers and the community.
• Demonstrates good communication skills, negotiation skills, and public relations skills.
