Essential Functions: As a Hospice Liaison or Account Executive, your vital responsibilities include coordinating and generating new hospice business, maintaining existing accounts, and ensuring seamless care coordination for referred patients. You will play a crucial role in fostering relationships between our organization, medical facilities, and referral sources, educating them about our services. This position involves regular interaction with patients, families, medical professionals, and other stakeholders facilitating continuity of care and effective communication. Qualifications: A genuine passion for serving patients and their families with outstanding care. Education: Minimum of an Associate Degree in a relevant field or proven experience in a healthcare-related profession. Experience: At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a clinical care setting such as hospice. Required: Reliable transportation, capable of performing physical tasks such as standing, bending, and lifting at least 25 lbs.
