Essential Functions: As a Hospice Sales Account Executive, your primary responsibilities will include: - Coordinating and generating new hospice business through both existing and new accounts. - Identifying new markets and maintaining relationships with existing service providers. - Serving as a liaison between our agency, hospitals, medical professionals, and other referral sources. - Providing education about hospice services to the community and medical professionals. - Engaging in daily interactions with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care and effective communication. Qualifications: A strong desire to support patients and families with exceptional care. Education: Associate Degree or equivalent experience in a health-related field. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a clinical care setting, preferably in hospice. Required: Reliable transportation and the physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs and perform necessary movements.
