Essential Functions: The Hospice Liaison or Account Executive is responsible for generating new hospice business in both existing and new accounts, identifying new markets, and maintaining service for existing accounts. This role serves as a vital connection between the agency, hospitals, medical community, and other referral sources. You will educate these entities about hospice services while ensuring continuity of care and coordinating appropriate communication and documentation. Qualifications: A heart for serving patients and families with a passion for providing exceptional care Education: Minimum of an Associate Degree in a relevant field or proven experience in a health-related field Experience: 2 years of sales experience in a clinical setting, with hospice experience preferred Requirements: Reliable transportation, ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, and lift at least 25 lbs.
