Description
The Regional Director of Sales is responsible for developing and implementing revenue-generating strategies across all hotels, with a focus on the Group, Business Travel, Contract, and Catering Segments. This role will also support the growth of third-party management contracts by promoting our expertise to prospective owners, participating in RFPs and pitch meetings, and fostering strong relationships with asset managers and owners.
Responsibilities
Develop key sales performance metrics to align with budgeted top-line and NOI goals.
Collaborate with the VP of Sales & Marketing to enhance client engagement and lead development.
Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing sales professionals.
Represent our property in industry panels, advisory boards, and brand-related opportunities.
Oversee and execute sales strategies customized to portfolio and hotel-specific needs.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of executive-level sales and marketing experience in a multi-brand hotel management company
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
Ability to travel as needed, up to 80% of the time.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
