Position Summary: In this full-time role, you’ll serve as the central point of contact for both installation and sales operations. You’ll ensure that HVAC projects are prepped, scheduled, and delivered efficiently — all while supporting customer satisfaction and team collaboration. From managing schedules and permits to facilitating communication between departments, your work helps ensure every install goes off without a hitch.
Key  Responsibilities Coordinate daily install and sales team schedules to optimize team efficiency and responsiveness.
Prepare and manage job packets, sales documentation, and post-sale files with a high degree of accuracy.
Order HVAC equipment and materials as needed to keep jobs on track.
Schedule installations, subcontractors, permits, and inspections .
Communicate proactively with installers, field supervisors, customers, and vendors.
Update schedule boards and handle rescheduling or job adjustments with professionalism.
Track permits, inspections, warranties, and rebates to ensure compliance and completion.
Assist with phone support, customer callbacks, and internal coordination.
Attend team meetings and contribute to inventory counts and general office support.
