The Big Task
At Cellino Plumbing, Heating & Cooling, and Electrical, our Project Managers are central to delivering the honest, expert service that defines our mission.
The HVAC Project Manager is primarily responsible for selling residential HVAC systems to customers by conducting in-home estimates, presenting customized solutions, and educating customers on available options, technologies, and rebates. This role is expected to consistently generate sales that align with company standards for quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
In addition to sales, the Project Manager oversees the job from sale through installation, ensuring the correct equipment is ordered, job details are clearly communicated to the install team, and any issues that arise are resolved promptly. While not responsible for direct supervision of the installation team, this role serves as the primary point of accountability for job accuracy, customer experience, and internal coordination between departments. Salary is commission based allowing you to drive your own pay!
