Job Details:

HVAC Sales Account Executive My client is an established HVAC and Mechanical Contractor who does energy management as well. They are looking for a Project Sales type to get involved in Estimating and Sales of Chillers and other HVAC related products. What this candidate will do is when a tech finds a problem with a rooftop chiller or other HVAC related products, they will get on the roof and try to troubleshoot the problem and if the chiller is shot they will estimate the job and sell the quote they come up with to the owner or client. Skills needed: Five to Ten (5-10) years of experience recommended

Understanding of HVAC/R and Plumbing including Clean rooms, industrial applications, chiller & boilers, BMS controls, system design

Understanding of CAD drawings and takeoffs

Professional, dynamic presence and ability to communicate with people of all levels

Excellent written and verbal skills at technical and professional level

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quotas and goals
