Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and motivated HVAC Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth for Mr. Holland's Home Services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, proven sales leadership skills, and a passion for building lasting customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership : Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, setting performance goals, providing training, and conducting regular performance evaluations. Revenue Growth : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed company revenue targets for residential HVAC services and equipment. Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business. Market Analysis : Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Proposal Development : Oversee the creation of accurate and competitive proposals, quotes, and contracts for HVAC installations, maintenance plans, and service agreements. Team Collaboration : Work closely with the service and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction. Reporting : Track and report on sales metrics, including lead conversion rates, revenue performance, and team productivity, to senior management. Compliance : Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies. Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role. Knowledge: Strong understanding of residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment. Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred. Certifications: HVAC- related certifications (e.g., NATE, EPA 608) are a plus. Other Requirements: Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as needed.
