Base Salary:   $70,000 – $120,000 (DOE)
Commission Structure:
OTE Potential:   $150,000 – $200,000+, with top earners exceeding this range.

About the Role
Our client, a leading commercial mechanical contractor, is expanding its footprint across the Southeast and seeking a   driven, well-connected Outside Sales Representative   to join their team. This is a growth-focused role for a sales professional who thrives on building relationships and capturing new business in the commercial HVAC/mechanical services market.
We’re looking for a   networked connector   — someone who knows the players, understands the market, and can get in the door fast. You won’t need to bring a book of business, but you should know where the opportunities are and have the credibility to win them.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and grow relationships with facility managers, property managers, GCs, and decision-makers across your territory.
Identify and secure opportunities for HVAC service contracts, retrofits, replacements, and related mechanical projects.
Leverage your existing industry network to open doors and build trust quickly.
Manage your pipeline, forecast sales, and coordinate closely with operations teams to deliver client solutions.
Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
Use   Salesforce   and   ZoomInfo   for lead tracking and territory management.

Requirements What We’re Looking For
Experience:   5+ years of B2B sales in commercial HVAC, mechanical contracting, or a related building services field.
Industry Network:   Well-connected in one or more of the following markets: Savannah/Jacksonville/Charleston, Atlanta, Nashville, or Chattanooga.
Hunter Mentality:   A proactive, competitive salesperson who thrives on winning new business.
Strong Communicator:   Skilled at building trust and closing deals with decision-makers.
Self-Directed:   Comfortable managing your own schedule and book of activity while delivering results.
Mid-Career Focus:   Ideally someone who is mid-career — seasoned enough to know the market but still hungry to grow to the top tiers.
