$60,000+ on target earnings yearly

• Ability to meet and exceed monthly quota in sales
• Prefer a minimum of 2+ years in outside sales experience
• Team-focused, organized, self-starter with an orientation towards service, detail, problem-solving, and deadlines
• Exceptional negotiating, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication skills
• Some industry or product knowledge preferred and a High school diploma is required

• A successful candidate must have strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, along with a deep understanding of the HVAC wholesale distribution industry.
• Adaptability, problem-solving, and relationship-building are also crucial for sustained success.
• 2+ years trade experience required.
• English is a must.
