The HVAC Sales & Service Manager will lead both the sales and service departments, driving revenue growth while ensuring excellent customer experiences and efficient service operations. This role requires a strategic, hands-on leader with a strong background in HVAC sales, service management, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and mentor the HVAC sales and service teams to meet or exceed company goals. Develop and implement sales strategies, service processes, and customer retention initiatives. Monitor team performance, set goals, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback. Oversee service operations Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Collaborate with operations and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution and service delivery. Analyze sales and service metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Assist with recruiting, training, and onboarding new sales and service staff. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations. Qualifications: 5+ years of HVAC sales and/or service experience, preferably with managerial or leadership experience. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and service performance goals. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, products, and services. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement effective strategies. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
