*Job Description:*

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven HVAC Sales Representative to promote and sell our HVAC service and maintenance agreements. The ideal candidate will have experience in HVAC systems, strong sales acumen, and a passion for helping customers find cost-effective solutions to maintain their comfort and equipment performance.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Identify and develop new sales opportunities for HVAC service and maintenance contracts * Build relationships with commercial and industrial customers * Conduct site visits, equipment inspections, and customer consultations * Prepare and present maintenance plan proposals tailored to customer needs * Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets * Follow up with leads, referrals, and existing customer base * Maintain accurate records in CRM or sales tracking tools * Collaborate with service technicians to assess customer needs and system condition

*Qualifications:*

* Proven sales experience, preferably in HVAC, building services, or related industry * Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and terminology (training available) * Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills * Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented * Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation * High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree a plus)

Pay: $75,000.00 per year
