As a Remote In House Sales Manager you would be responsible for executing your positions responsibilities in alignment with our Spirit of Service culture and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Generate maximum sales efficiencies, while maintaining or exceeding targeted net sales volume.
Promote and support branded Hilton Grand Vacations and Hilton Club culture.
Assist with supervision and lead all aspects of sales line through mentoring, modeling, and reinforcing effective sales and customer service practices, behaviors, and results.
Maintain a professional and personal image that upholds the HGV standards of integrity, quality, and service to customers.

At the core of our companys success are our Team Members. To fulfill this role effectively, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
Consistent track record of outstanding results in timeshare sales
Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
High school diploma or equivalent
It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
2+ years experience mentoring, coaching, or supervising team members
2+ years of proven front to back sales experience within timeshare sales
Prior experience closing sales or sales management experience
Must have basic technical abilities to navigate programs such as Salesforce, Chorus, E-worksheet, RingCentral, Microsoft Outlook, etc
Active state real estate license (if required in state of residence)
Must reside in a state where HGV has an active broker relationship
Technology Requirements
This is not a traditional Sales Executive positionthis is a Technology Sales Executive role. All candidates must be proficient in technology and comfortable working in a virtual, performance-driven environment.
Our team utilizes Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and various proprietary programs. Candidates must be able to:
Work in a private, professional space free from interruptions
Maintain a clean and organized on-camera background
Be on camera at all times during training and live presentations
Understand that all visual and audio interactions are recorded as part of our onboarding and training process
